Prices are higher than your Mom & Pop strip mall restaurant. But, the quality is really good...
Yes, several vegetarian and very delicious vegan options.
Second time and not impressed.
Outstanding food and service.
Great spot for traditional ramen dishes! The atmosphere is friendly and clean. Servers are on point with details on each dish. Cant wait to visit here again!
Delicious Fried Tofu and Pho!!
Way overpriced. Nothing about it was good. Not hot enough, noodles stuck together..I could go on but why bother.
Great food and plenty of it!!
Great little spot for some eccentric Eats! Looks to be a somewhat newer establishment but don’t judge by appearance. The food was fast, delicious, and filling. We had the edamame dumplings, udon noodle soup, and of course the ramen noodle soup. All five stars around, with great portions, lots of proteins and delicious flavor. Noodles/ramen were perfectly done.
Delicious. This is where to go for good noodles. I give this place props for opening in Beaufort and hope they continue to grow so they can find an even better location to reside. If you are going out to eat quality noodles, expect to pay quality prices. It's nice to have a place I can count on as a go to meal with quality service and food.
Good food and big portions. I'd love to be able to have some wine with dinner. It's not a fancy place and not a place to hang out. Basically go there to eat in and out in less than an hour.
First time, loved it, great addition to Beaufort. Enjoyed the Gyoza Pork app. Loved Hokkien Noodles with shrimp. Enjoyed so much I ordered the cold Lemongrass Noodle to take home and try later.
Friend and I stopped in for lunch this week. The menu was a little limited, but what we ordered was delicious. I had the lemongrass with shrimp plate, and friend had the Ramen. We will definitely be back!
Too expensive for Area!
Amazing place, extremely friendly owners that offer superb service
Stopped by for lunch and had a delicious Pho Veggie Bowl. Glad I got in early as they filled up quickly for lunch on a Tuesday.
Very tasty pho & the suki yaki had lots of calamari. Overall very good. We’ll be back!
Excellent and authentic. Ramen, Udon and Pho. Rich and hot broth. I have been searching for a real noodle shop for a long time. Now a once per week place.
Fresh and delicious with plentiful helpings and extremely friendly server.
I thought this was a great addition to the area choices. I was going to order to-go but the chef/owner came over a talked me in to trying see hot soup and I was certainly glad he did! Nice little quaint atmosphere, medium priced for the amount of food you get! Very attentive and pleasant staff. It got busy at opening and I like that. My Thai iced green tea was great! The edamame dumplings were fried to perfection and not greasy with a lovely dipping sauce. I had Suki yaki soup with bok choy, rice noodles, other veggies, shrimp and calamari. Wow! The soup is HOT!! We also had the lemongrass noodles meal which was soooo delicious and enough for two more meals! I'm glad y'all are here!
Our first time trying this type of food. Gave us information on the dishes and we ultimately picked something we liked.
We love this place! Yummy!
Udon Noodle Soup - Outstanding!
Food was very good. Would love to see this place succeed. I think they would do well to have a lunch menu with some things under $10. I have heard from several people their prices for lunch are the same as dinner. As such seem a little pricey for lunch. Just an observation...
We were excited about visiting Ocha Noodle in Beaufort as much as everyone with a new restaurant opening but was disappointed. Prices were a little bit expensive compared to other places. We started with Gyoza Pork which was good. I also ordered the Taro Bubble Tea which was pretty tasty but a bit small for the price. Then my meal was the Beef Pho, which was the worst Pho I have ever had. It tasted so bland and we received our bowl with the soup lukewarm. The noodles were still hard and together, so since the broth was barely even warm it didnt cook. I couldn't even finish eating my Pho because the more I ate it the worst it got. We arrived at the restaurant when they reopened at 4:30 pm for dinner and we were the first group to place our order so it wasn't like the staff was overwhelmed. So I do not see a reason why the food was such poor quality. You're better off driving to Bluffton, Savannah, or Charleston for a much better meal with cheaper prices.
The food was very good, a little bit of traditional and the chief's own original taste. I tried hokkien noodles, thai stirred fry, fried rice, and the taro drink. They were all very good. The taro might be a little sweet for people who might not like sweet stuffs.
Awesome food!
Outstanding food and wonderdul, attentive staff!
Had a good feeling about the place, it appeared to be busy and from what I could see the food looked good. The parking was very limited. First impression upon entering was that the place felt cheaply decorated. The menu was fairly small and food was overpriced in my opinion. I was quick to order then waited about an hour, only getting checked on once. I got up went to the front and asked if I could just pay for my drinks and leave which they allowed. Before paying she attempted to read back my order, she got the drinks correct but both food items wrong, so I believed if I kept waiting I would of got the wrong order. Overall bad experience, I would consider ordering to go.
Fresh and delicious soups and salads. Get the edamame dumplings
I FOUND A BUG! I’m really sad my first experience was terrible here because I was really excited to try ramen for the first ever and this place really ruined it for me. I ordered the chicken ramen to go so they had the broth alone in a container and the chicken and veggies in a separate one and when I got home and started adding the ingredients in the broth I realized underneath the chicken there was a dead bug!!. I immediately called them to let them know because I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this. I got an apology but didn’t get a refund or discount for a future order. I would be willing to give this place another shot in the future.
Couldn't have been much happier for our first visit to this new AND WELCOME addition to Beaufort. The crispy pork and rice was the star of the show. In my opinion the rice alone was a little lonely in flavor. The ginger sauce did assist. But, it could have used perhaps some diced onion or a little egg mixed in. But, none the less, this will be ordered every time we go back. The hokkien noodles were exactly what I've been looking for around here. Steak was a little tough. So, I'll get shrimp or just ask for more ground pork next time. Either way, instant favorite! Just wish I had more...Staff were friendly and very attentive.Yes, parking is limited and the prices are not what your local Mom and Pop strip mall Chinese/noodle place would charge. But, in my opinion, worth the effort to go and price. Especially for that crispy pork!! :)I may just go back on Monday!!
Hàve tried several menu items at this point, all have been stellar
Amazing food with nice staff. Healthy portions :)
Great service and menu
Food is always amazing. If you havent tried them yet you are missing out.
Have eaten here twice in the last week. Have tried Ocha noodle soup, house fried rice, crispy spring rolls and a lemongrass noodle plate with beef. All are tasty and well prepared. Fresh vegetables! Love the seasoning! Good, friendly service! Plan to go back soon!
It's not really close at all to authentic ramen, more like a bland pho if anything. Growing up on the west coast and living near Japanese, Filipino, Chamorro, and Vietnamese families I've been very fortunate to enjoy some of the most amazing noodles in the way they are meant to be prepared. The food at O-Cha is okay, but lacking the spice and true flavor that just can't be described or explained in words.Definitely a step up for Beaufort though, I hope to see more places like this in the future.
Great noodle bowls
Customer service was very friendly . Hiekkien noodles were delicious as were the dumplings. The ramen was very bland , hardly warm and in a plain broth. Ginger rice was also plain. Noodle salad was lacking toppings and over priced.
First time trying this type of food so not much to compare it to but my girl and I loved it. A bit overpriced imo, but I'll probably be back
